Claire trained as a pastry chef in 2011 with Olivier Bajard and Camille Lesceq. She also skillfully complements the menu at Maison Drouot, always adding her own twist to the kitchen by reflecting on her roots: focaccia, pasta, hummus, and halva.

For Hélène, cooking has always been a family affair. As a child, she watched her grandmother, her “Mamée” knead, simmer, and taste with the generosity so characteristic of Provence.

The scent of thyme and rosemary filled the house, tomatoes gently roasted in the sun, and the song of the cicadas accompanied our summer meals under the arbor.
