Located 2 kilometers from Saint-Rémy-de-Provence center, the Moulin du Calanquet has an olive plantation of over 10,000 trees. The plantation is made up of traditional regional varieties: Aglandau, Salonenque, Grossane, Verdale and Picholine.
The family comes from a line of five generations of Saint-Rémy farmers and is a descendant of the branch of the poet Frédéric Mistral.
