Its location in the village of Fontvieille provides quick access on foot to all the shops and activities, while its vast garden of over 4,000 m2 and large swimming pool offer complete privacy.

Enter through the large gate, cross the pretty south-facing garden and discover the bastide. On the ground floor, there is a pleasant, light-filled open-plan kitchen and dining area, with a large French window leading out onto the large dining terrace with barbecue. The Lacanche piano and cold room make for an easy stay. A fireplace lounge with its large comfortable sofas and a games/TV room complete the living spaces.

There are 8 spacious bedrooms, including a children’s dormitory, and 7 bathrooms.

• Ground floor: 2 double bedrooms with a 180cm bed, each with en-suite bathroom and access to the garden.
• 1st floor: 3 double bedrooms, each with a 180cm bed and en suite bathroom. Two of them share a large terrace for quiet moments.
• 2nd floor: 2 connected double bedrooms with 180cm beds that can be converted into twin beds and en-suite shower rooms and 1 children’s dormitory bedroom with 4 bunk beds. A bathroom with bath completes the floor.

Outside, behind the house, there’s a lovely 11×5 metre heated swimming pool where you can swim laps or cool off! Or perhaps you’d prefer to relax on one of the sun loungers? Take advantage of the shaded pool-house and its comfortable seating area. Don’t miss out on a game of pétanque on the large pitch or use the air-conditioned gym with top-of-the-range machines for the more sporty (bike, elliptical trainer, treadmill, upper body strength machine, dumbbells, yoga mat).
