The Domaine de Rocqueval is a wonderful estate which has benefited from a prestigious renovation, unique of its kind, in Fontvieille, in the heart of the Alpilles.
A century-old building, this farmhouse has been tastefully renovated in recent years.
While respecting its rich heritage, the owners have combined modernity, comfort and luxury by creating 7 suites including a family one with terrace and jacuzzi. The 6 bathrooms with bathtub and shower are all adjoining the bedrooms.
The ground floor offers multiple living rooms:
You can enjoy a large modern kitchen, fully equipped and open to the dining area with a large table that can accommodate 16 guests.
Further on, two lounges, including a reading lounge with open fireplace and another equipped with a superb bar extending from a glass roof facing south. The billiard room, complete with a library, is adjoining.
As for the comfortable cinema room, it can seat 16 people for a private screening with a giant screen and professional sound system.
Finally, an elevator provides access to the 2 upper floors if you do not wish to use the majestic stone staircase decorated with superb ironwork.

Another “hidden” staircase leads to a secret passage leading to one of the upstairs suites.
The ground floor has an underfloor cooling/heating system.
The rooms are located on the two floors offered by this beautiful, perfectly renovated old building. You will find the master bedroom and 3 other double bedrooms on the first floor and the last 3 on the 2nd floor. All rooms in the house are air conditioned by the floor cooling system.

You can therefore choose to have lunch or dinner inside while still having a view of the 25 m heated swimming pool or keep your eyes glued to the big screen on the evenings of big matches!
A 16m2 hammam, a gym, a large bathroom and a sauna complete the relaxation area of the pool house which will constitute a fabulous living space during your stay.
An audio system, controlled remotely like all the equipment and lights in the house (complete home automation) will add ambiance to your evenings at the bar, at the swimming pool or around a game of pétanque.
