Le Mas de Jean is a superb, peaceful villa with a heated and secure salt pool!

Ideally located between Saint-Rémy-de-Provence and Eygalières with a view of the Alpilles, this charming 180 m² country house offers 4 bedrooms to comfortably accommodate 8 people.

Beautiful volumes, charm and light, chic and sober atmosphere. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, 5-burner stove and 2 ovens and a television, a cozy living room with fireplace, library and television, two air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms and a separate WC. Upstairs, a landing with a small office area leads to two air-conditioned bedrooms and a third bathroom with WC.

The 4 independent air conditioning units allow the entire house to stay fresh.

Le Mas de Jean is ideally located and benefits from a garden with a beautiful swimming pool for the pleasure of the little ones. An ideal location for a holiday discovering Provence: Saint-Rémy-de-Provence is 5 minutes away, Avignon 15 minutes and Aix-en-Provence an hour away.

Cosy and Zen

The main terrace, accessible from the kitchen / dining room and the living room, faces south and is protected from the sun by a vine. A second terrace faces east and allows you to catch the first rays of the sun or spend the end of the afternoon in the shade, comfortably seated in the garden furniture.

The layout of the surroundings allows you to play a game of pétanque. The salt pool of 4 x 10 m and a depth of 110m to 150 cm with Roman steps is heated by a heat pump, which allows you to use the pool from May to October. It might be possible to heat the pool earlier or later in the year for extra fee, depending on the outside temperatures.

It is equipped with an electric roller shutter guaranteeing optimum safety and maintaining the water temperature. It has a beautiful beach, an outdoor shower and a separate toilet.
