The house is divided into two wings that can be used independently, offering space, privacy and comfort for everyone. First, there is the area with the open-plan main kitchen, beautifully equipped, and a dining table, opening onto the garden and a shaded dining terrace. Next is a lovely living room with a fireplace and deep sofas for relaxing. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, one of which opens onto a cosy pergola. An office completes the floor on the other side of the pergola. Beyond the large living room, in the west wing, a more intimate lounge is perfect for reading. This leads to the second kitchen, two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom, and a bedroom-cum-TV lounge with a large, comfortable sofa bed.

Outside, the grounds are magnificent: centuries-old olive trees, a rose garden, a babbling fountain, Mediterranean plants, and a beautiful lawn. Stroll along the paths to discover arbour, terraces and relaxation areas around the house and throughout the garden. The natural setting of the Alpilles rocks adds the finishing touch, majestically framing the grounds.

The 10 × 5 metre swimming pool, bathed in sunshine, is perfect for cooling off, whilst you can sit down to a meal under the pool house thanks to its summer kitchen with a plancha grill. Everything you need for a perfect holiday!
