This beautiful 260m2 house sits in the middle of a 5000m2 landscaped park.

Mas du Zif offers privacy and allows everyone to have their activity, whether it’s cooling off in the pool, playing pétanque, or dining under the pergola.

The heated and secured pool faces the pool house, which also serves as a summer kitchen.

The house can accommodate up to 12 people, making it ideal for holidays with friends or family.

The property offers two very beautiful and spacious suites upstairs.

It also has 4 double bedrooms, two of which have private bathrooms and two share a large bathroom.

Two of these bedrooms also have additional beds, for 2 children in one room and one in the other.

You will find a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a beautiful suspended wood fireplace.

The property has Wi-Fi (house and garden), air conditioning in all the bedrooms on the first floor (4 bedrooms), and an underfloor heating and cooling system on the ground floor (2 bedrooms).

The house is very well equipped, especially the kitchen (multi-function oven including steam, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, food processor, etc.). 10 deckchairs, 10 umbrellas, and 6 fat boys, a professional electric plancha 1 meter long, and a lava rock barbecue powered by gas are available for vacationers.

A hammock next to the pool house and an outdoor lounge allow for an aperitif or relaxation in the garden.
