Located 10 minutes by car from L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, this fully air-conditioned property can accommodate up to 12 people in 4 double bedrooms and a separate apartment.
Near this pretty river town famous for its antique markets, Villa Granny is located on a domain of 4 hectares of enclosed landscaped grounds with automatic gate at the entrance, heated swimming pool and view of the Alpilles.
On the ground floor, a large living room with TV with fireplace and comfortable leather sofas and dining area. This open living area overlooks the American kitchen very well equipped with a background laundry room.
The master bedroom and its adjoining bathroom is also on the ground floor.
On the first floor, guests will be accommodated in 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
An additional independent apartment borders the swimming pool. This additional accommodation is also air-conditioned and has a living room with a sofa bed (for 2 people), armchairs, small equipped kitchen (sink, fridge, oven, ceramic hob, etc.), and a shower room with WC.
A mezzanine bedroom has been furnished with a queen size bed.

Outside there is a loggia (summer kitchen) with BBQ and outdoor dining table with wrought iron chairs (seating 8).
Another covered terrace adjoins the independent apartment by the pool and has been furnished with a shower, another BBQ and a table with two benches (seating 8).
The large heated swimming pool (11m x 5m – depth 1.10m to 1.90m) with pool alarm is surrounded by a large sunny terrace of 190 m². There is also a patio with a fountain near the main house.
Mas Granny is surrounded by some of the most stunning villages in the Luberon and Vaucluse such as over a 5 minutes drive of L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, a pretty riverside town famous for its antique markets, with its canals, narrow streets, cafes and restaurants, or just 6 km is Saumane-de –Vaucluse and within 20 to 30 minutes you can get to Gordes, Bonnieux, Menerbes, Fontaines-de-Vaucluse and Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, to name a few, all a must to see !
To the west the is the wonderfully vibrant and historic town of Avignon, with its magnificent Palais des Papes, is one of the architectural wonders of France with it’s starred restaurants, theatre festival, museums, local markets is just only 35 kilometres away and would make an ideal day trip
To the North there is Mont-Ventoux and Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Gigondas famous vineyards, all to visit……
However if you just want to relax and not move the small village of Saint-Antoine which has a bakery and a small coffee shop is a 15 to 20 minute walk from the Mas.
