Next, the fully equipped kitchen with its dining area and utility room, allowing you to enjoy the Friday market in Eygalières without ever losing track of the feast being prepared. As for the sleeping areas, there are two bedrooms on the ground floor:

• Bedroom 1— 180 × 200 cm bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and washbasin. Direct access to the terrace
• Bedroom 2 — 160 × 200 cm bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet

Three bedrooms upstairs, one of which has a separate external entrance, ideal for greater privacy:

The private infinity pool, heated on request, is surrounded by immaculately maintained lawns and spacious relaxation areas: sun loungers, a shaded terrace and a fully equipped pool house. The landscaped garden, planted with Mediterranean species and roses, is both beautiful and vibrant, with century-old trees providing the shade and coolness sought after in the height of summer. The panoramic view of the Alpilles, framed by an elegant interplay of perspectives, is breathtaking.

You are a 25-minute walk from the village of Eygalières (or 5 minutes by bike), with its terraces and Friday Provençal market. A 15-minute drive away is Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, with its shops and restaurants. Les Baux-de-Provence, the Carrières de Lumières, and the Estoublon vineyard are all within easy reach by car. Avignon TGV station is 35 minutes away, and Marseille airport is a 50-minute drive.
