A few 28 min walk from the village of Eygalières and exceptional natural sites such as the Parc des Alpilles, Les Baux-de-Provence, the Pont de Gau park or the Vaccarès pond, its geographical location is ideal.
You are 5 minutes drive to the center of Eygalières, 35 min to Avignon TGV station and 56 min to Marseille airport.
Arles is 46 minutes by car while the beaches of Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, capital of the Camargue, is only 54 minutes away.

This exceptional villa is a a gem: heated pool, beautiful park, lovely view on Alpilles mountains, comfort, privacy, calm and luxury.

It is ideal for those wanting a little more privacy or those bringing with them staff.
The property offers total privacy and allows everyone to have their activity, whether swimming in the pool, playing pétanque at the bowling alley, basking in the sun by the pool or napping in one of the 2 lounges.
The 10x10m swimming pool is visible from the whole house and it is in the summer kitchen that you will have lunch. At the end of the garden you will find a tennis court.

The house can accommodate up to 14 people, ideal for holidays with friends or family.
The house offers 7 double bedrooms with private bathrooms.
6 of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, 2 of which can be converted into twins, one of them has a bath.
The spacious master suite is upstairs.

The property has Wifi, satellite TV (French and English channels), video player, a Bose sound system, an electric station to recharge your car.

The living room and the kitchen open onto a beautiful terrace overlooking the garden and the swimming pool and featuring a long table for dinner.
At the pool house, we sit on high chairs for lunch in the fresh air or enjoy a mojito in the Moroccan lounge.

With 2 hectares of privacy, the surrounding landscape is simple and green. Horses are grazing quietly. There are plenty of hiking trails available from the house leading to the famous Alpilles hills. The villages of Eygalières is a 20 min walk and Saint-Rémy-de-Provence’s cafes and restaurants as well as Roman ruins are all reachable on bikes.
