A rare find – situated in the village of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, the jewel of the Alpilles, Villa Mélopée has been freshly renovated with charm and elegance, combining exceptional comfort, top-of-the-range facilities and a sophisticated, colourful and welcoming interior. This fully air-conditioned property can accommodate up to 14 people with its 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.

On the ground floor, the entrance leads you to your left into a spacious, light-filled living room opening onto the terrace. There are deep, comfortable sofas, a large-screen TV and a table football table for entertainment. The very well-equipped kitchen, featuring a central island, opens onto a dining room with a large table capable of seating all guests.
A gym area awaits you on the garden level, complete with a rowing machine, exercise bike, weights and wall bars, so you can keep fit even whilst on holiday.

As for the bedrooms, they are arranged as follows:
2 bedrooms on the ground floor:

• Bedroom 1 – double bed (180×200 cm), with en-suite bathroom (double washbasins, walk-in shower, toilet), dressing room
• Bedroom 2 – double bed (160×200 cm), with en-suite bathroom (double washbasin, walk-in shower, WC) and dressing room

3 bedrooms on the first floor

• Bedroom 3 – double bed (160×200 cm), with en-suite bathroom (double washbasin, walk-in shower, WC) and wardrobe
• Bedroom 4 – children’s dormitory with bunk beds (4x90x200 cm) – storage space. Adjoining bathroom (washbasin, bath). Separate toilet
• Bedroom 4bis – dormitory with beds (3x90x200 cm) (narrow access)

2 bedrooms with independent access from the terrace

• Bedroom 5 – double bed (160×200 cm), with en-suite bathroom (double washbasin, walk-in shower, toilet), dressing room
• Bedroom 6 – double bed (160×200 cm), with en-suite bathroom (double washbasin, walk-in shower, toilet), dressing room

Outside, the terrace with its heated swimming pool (4.5 x 7 m) is the focal point of the villa, around which the property is arranged. This is followed by a landscaped area planted with Mediterranean flora and olive trees, where a fountain murmurs gently. A pergola with a canopy provides the ideal setting for al fresco dining, with meals cooked on the plancha or the Japanese barbecue. For relaxation, there are sun loungers and parasols, as well as lounge sofas to enjoy the Provençal sunshine. At the rear of the house, a lovely pétanque court promises lively tournaments.

You are just a few metres from the village centre, so you can enjoy staying right in the heart of Provence, with easy access to the many restaurants and cafés in Saint-Rémy, the highlight being the Provençal market on Wednesdays.
