Lou Mas is a charming, premium and luxury villa rental agency in Provence and on the French Riviera, based in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. Here are the answers to the questions we are asked most often.

What is Lou Mas?
Lou Mas is a high-end villa rental agency based in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, in the heart of the Alpilles Regional Nature Park. Who is behind Lou Mas?
Lou Mas is run by Anne Marin and Sébastien Szczepaniak. After some twenty years with large companies in France and abroad, they took over an established agency, Mas Amor, specialising in luxury villa rentals in the South of France, in May 2024. Anne’s family comes from the Alpilles; Sébastien helped develop a holiday rental company in ski resorts.
What makes Lou Mas different?
We know every house in our selection: every bedroom, every garden, every corner of the grounds. When you describe your stay, we know which house truly fits it, and why. Our rule is simple: we only offer villas we would rent ourselves for our own holidays.
