Mas l’Estaillade

A 15-minute walk from Eygalières, one of the most popular villages in the Alpilles, Mas l’Estaillade stretches across 1.3 hectares of olive groves, gardens and terraces, with the Alpilles mountain range as a backdrop. It has the character of a grand Provençal family home — with its stonework, spacious rooms and the cool shade of the terraces — whilst offering all the comforts of modern living.

Fully air-conditioned, Mas l’Estaillade can accommodate 14 people in 7 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, spread between the main house and a separate, single-storey guest house. A place designed for large gatherings — and for everyone to find their own quiet corner.

In the main house, the kitchen opens out onto both the dining room and the garden. It has been designed with entertaining in mind: two dishwashers, two fridges, a fan-assisted oven and a steam oven, and a wine cellar. Everything you need to prepare dinner for everyone when you return from the Friday market, whilst others settle down in the lounge by the fireplace.

As for the bedrooms, there are two on the ground floor of the main house:

• Bedroom 1 — 180 × 200 cm bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet
• Bedroom 2 — 180 × 200 cm bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet

Two bedrooms upstairs:

• Bedroom 3 — 180 × 200 cm bed, en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and toilet
• Bedroom 4 — 2 × 90 × 200 cm beds, en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet

Three ground-floor bedrooms in the guest cottage, ideal for a second family:

• Bedroom 5 — 180 × 200 cm bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet (separate entrance)
• Bedroom 6 — 180 × 200 cm bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet
• Bedroom 7 — 2 beds (90 × 200 cm), small TV lounge, en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Connects to bedroom 6 via a sliding door, perfect for parents with young children.

Outside, a real holiday garden

The 15 × 5 m heated swimming pool stretches out amongst the olive trees, with its pool house featuring comfortable sofas, table football and sun loungers. All around, everything invites you to linger: the shaded terraces for long lunches, the plancha, the pétanque court, the table tennis table, and for the little ones, a treehouse. Admire the fishes and water lilies in the fountain, and the stunning view of the Alpilles to round off the day.

The village of Eygalières, with its terraces and Friday Provençal market, is a 15-minute walk away. The Domaine de la Vallongue is a 4-minute drive away, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence about fifteen minutes’ drive, and the Servanes golf course around twenty minutes’ drive.

Avignon TGV station is 35 minutes away, and Marseille airport is about a 50-minute drive away.
