Located on the heights of Saint-Etienne-du-Grès, a Provençal village near Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Villa les Hauts du Grès, nestled on a hillside, offers breathtaking views of the surroundings: Montagnette, Tarascon Castle, Crau Plain… Fully air-conditioned, modern and cosy, with a heated swimming pool, this villa is a haven of peace for your holidays with family or friends.

The open and bright living areas are comfortable and beautifully decorated: a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a cosy lounge with TV and fireplace, and a covered terrace facing west, offering superb panoramic views, where you can dine with the horizon as your companion.

The four air-conditioned double bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms.

• Bedroom 2 (double): 160 cm x 200 cm bed, bathroom with shower and single basin, access to the pool terrace, WC
• Bedroom 3: 160cm x 200cm bed, bathroom with bath and double basin, access to the west terrace, WC
• Upstairs Bedroom 4 double, 160×200 cm bed, bathroom with bath and double basin, balcony overlooking the pool, WC

Outside, the pool area, nestled in the foothills of the Alpilles and surrounded by pine trees and scrubland, offers peace and privacy. The 10×5 metre heated pool, sun loungers and built-in garden furniture invite you to relax and unwind. You can also choose to watch the sunset from the west-facing terrace. For the more active, the hiking trails of the Alpilles Natural Park are nearby.

Please note: access to the villa is via side stairs.

At Villa les Hauts du Grès, you will be staying in the heart of Provence. You can also explore other villages in the Alpilles, such as Saint-Rémy de Provence (5 minutes away), Eygalières, Les Baux de Provence, Fontvieille, Arles and the Camargue, and enjoy all the activities the region has to offer, including visits to wine and olive farms, hiking and cultural excursions.
